Garra Rufa Fish Pedicure Insurance

At Lockyers we have developed an insurance policy which addresses the specific needs of Garra Rufa Spa operators, giving full treatment risk, which isn’t currently available under standard salon insurance policies.

Traditionally Fish Pedicure Spa’s have had to buy standard shop/salon policies, but these either only have public liability (not treatment risk), or don’t cover garra rufa treatments. Thus leaving the business owners exposed to claims for water bourne diseases (such as legionella), and cross contamination from client to client.

Our policy is availble to all Garra Rufa Spa owners, for either single or multi site operations, and block policy for Franchisors.

To qualify for our cover you need to comply with the following criteria:

1. Have UV filtering on all your spa tanks
2. Have clients complete a medical questionaire
3. Make a visual inspection of the clients feet prior to treatment
